OMG… Keith Richards can READ???? (sorry, couldn’t resist)
But wow, so jealous… I want one or all of these. I think my favorite one is the first one. It looks so cute and cozy 🙂 I would have to replace that chair with something out of Keith Richards’s library, though, I’d want something a lot comfier in front of the fireplace!
Nice post! 😀
Haha, love your zing for Keith Richards. I like the first one a lot too! Really just having a library instead of a stack of books would be an upgrade for me.
I agree and will make a mental note that if I’m every lucky enough to have a library it will include a fireplace (although think of the potential burning risk to books!)
Except for the second picture, none of these are libraries. A library is a room for books. These are just bookshelves. Quite sad really. People who have money to build a library, who probably have yoga rooms and guest room and rooms for their shoes and yet . . . don’t value books to have a library filled with books they actually read. Tragic.
I love Keith Richard’s library, it is so relaxed and homely.
I know. I think seeing him in it also helps imagine people in the space. Lot’s of the libraries look so formal … as if maybe people never use them.

Fireplaces in the library are a MUST!
