Marry, Date or Dump: Catching Fire

0307-hunger-launch-2

Hello Hunger Games fans! Are there any other types of people on the Internet right now? I’m going to keep this short since I’m still trying to get my daily word count in for NaNoWriMo, but you know what to do. Choose who you would marry, who you would date, and who you would dump out of Finnick, Gale, and Peeta (pictured above) and let me know in the comments. My heart (and frankly the rest of my body) will always belong to Peeta, but I’m excited to see who you choose. May the odds be ever in your favor!

  1. OH. This is so awesome. And so easy for me.

Marry Peeta. I heart him, madly.
Date Finnick. He’s just so yummy.
Dump Gale. I have always and continue to, have a serious hate on for Gale.

    #TeamPeeta all the way.

  2. Well, marry Finnick, date Gale, and dump Peeta (sorry! he could still be my best friend though. He’s not for me romantically).

  3. Marry Finnick: He strikes me as just as sweet, protective, and sensitive as Peeta, but with more hotness and survival skills.
Date Peeta: He’s an excellent warm-up to the real deal and will bake you yummy and beautiful things.
Dump Gale: Never cared for Gale or his possessiveness.

  4. Can I Date, Date, Date? No. Ok then.
Marry Peeta – because duh. He’d make the sweetest most loyal husband ever.
Date: Gale – because you have to have at lease one hot douchbag on your ex-list. And he is hot. And sort of douchy. So he qualifies.
Dump – Finnick. Sorry buddy. I’ve seen where you’re headed. Not for me.

  5. PEETA! I love him. There’s just no competition on this one. Peeta is totally a keeper (aw and now I’m all sad, but I won’t say why, because of spoilers). Peeta reminds me a lot of my husband, actually, haha. What can I say, I’m a lucky girl.

But it looks like I’m going with the crowd on this one. Date Finnick, but he belongs with Annie. Dump Gale. So not into him.

Oh! By the way! I finally got to see Catching Fire and OMG. Just…everything! We saw it at the fancy schmancy dine-in theater, which was fun but probably not my favorite way to see a movie like Catching Fire. The bill for the food came right at the end and I just wanted to be like “shh go away, this is important!” Is it bad that I’m already planning on seeing it again this weekend?

    1. Definitely not bad that you are planning to see it again. And your are probably the luckiest woman in the world for having a husband you can compare to Peeta. Consider me officially jealous.

  6. I just saw Catching Fire! Loved it! I would marry Peeta and at least date Finnick. He’s hot. I can’t work up hatred for Gale, because he was there for Katniss’s mom and sister. So I’d at least get one date in with him.

  7. Definitely marry Peeta. Not only for all the reasons he is borderline perfect but because he loves so fiercely he makes people better without demanding it. We just do it because we respect him so much.

I would have to date Finnick just cause I would want to take him out & treat him nice & not like meat the way the Capitol did.

Dump Gale. He just gets the short straw unfortunately. I don’t mind Gale, like some of his characteristics but I just couldn’t see trying anything there. His friendship though, I’ll take a piece of that.
