Happy Tuesday! This week is an open choice topic for top ten tuesday, so I decided to list ten of the books I recommend to people a lot. These aren’t my favorite books, but they are book that I really loved and think have a broad appeal. Let me know in the comments what books you love to recommend! Thanks!
Prince of Tides, by Pat Conroy
The History of Love, by Nicole Krauss
Lauren Willig
Where’d You Go, Bernadette, by Maria Semple
Fangirl, by Rainbow Rowell
will grayson will grayson, by John Green & David Levithan
Something I’ve Been Meaning to Tell You, by Alice Munro
Great list! Some of these are already on my TBR list. 🙂 And I love The Night Circus! I just read in the last couple of weeks and I’m still thinking about it! Also love Alice Munro, I was introduced to her writing through a creative writing class and have only read one of her short story anthologies, but maybe it’s time to read some more!
So fun to hear from another Alice Munro fan. I also learned about her through a creative writing course, but ended up writing my senior seminar paper in college (kind of like a thesis) on her. I would definitely suggest Something I’ve Been Meaning to Tell You or her book The Beggar Maid if you want to read more Munro.
Will Grayson, Will Grayson! YES. Also, Margaret Atwood. Great choices!
I still really need to read Fangirl. It’s been on my TBR for a while! I haven’t read the others on this list. Which would you recommend I read first? 🙂
That is a great idea for a list! I still need to read Where’d You Go, Bernadette. I also recommend Fangirl and The Night Circus to everyone!
I love Fangirl and The Night Circus so much. And definitely check out Where’d You Go Bernadette. It is one of the funniest books I’ve ever read.

I would definitely read Fangirl first. I’m kind of obsessed with that book. I also think you would like The Night Circus.
You are the second person to recommend that book to me in two days. Definitely need to check it out.
