It’s hard for me to remember what it was like to go to the bookstore or the library and not know what I wanted to read next. My TBR list is so long now, that I almost always know what I’m going to read next. Here are ten of my favorite books that I picked up on a whim. Some I found on friends’ bookshelves. Others I just liked the cover. All of them are books I’m very glad I found.

Great Top Ten! 😀 I picked up And We Stay, because I LOVED the cover. Sadly, I STILL haven’t read it. I think I’ve had this book for like TWO years! Hopefully I will get to it soon.

Kissing in America is absolutely a book that I want to read in the future. The cover had me since the first time I saw it on Netgalley, fingers crossed I get my crap together soon and read it!

I thought it was a really good book, even though the subject matter is really emotional.
I picked up Summer Sisters years ago on a whim and then ended up getting rid of it before I even read it! It’s definitely one I need to get back too. Great list! A lot of these are unfamiliar to me.
I LOVE that book. It was in a friend’s house on a vacation I took in high school, and I’ve read it many times since picking it up.
I’m definitely intrigued by Kissing in America. Great picks!
