Hello, friends. How are you doing? I’m still getting my sea legs after last week’s election. And maybe I’ll never get them. Maybe hopefully I’ll never get them. Hard to say. One thing I’ve been incredibly grateful for in the last week is the ability to escape into reading, into my writing, and into film. For this week’s movie themed top ten tuesday I decided to list books from 2016 I’d like to see adapted into film. The list is predictably YA heavy, but there are a few other categories represented. Which of these books would you like to see in movie form? Who would you cast? Let me know in the comments.
Thanks to The Broke and the Bookish for hosting this weekly book meme!
I haven’t read The Graces yet, but I’ve heard that it’s fantastic! 🙂 I need to read more of these books!
I’d like to read My Lady Jane soon – it sounds good. 🙂

It is good and very unique! I hope you get to it soon and enjoy it as much as I did.
I would like to see All the Single Ladies featuring Beyoncé, Queen Latifah, Dolly Parton, Cate Blanchett plus a Hilary Clinton cameo. It seems like it would have the potential to be empowering and speak to a major shift in America.
That sounds amazing!
Fun! I took the same twist on the prompt. I haven’t read any of these, yet, which is crazy – but I’ve heard good things about The Graces so I’ll definitely be checking that out for the library soon!
