Hello and happy Tuesday! Every now and then I love a book but once I’m finished I don’t remember the details very well or I was so engrossed I forget the story. These are all books that I was obsessed with at one point, but don’t remember much about anymore. I guess it’s time for a reread!
The Beautiful and Damned, by F. Scott Fitzgerald
The Road from Coorain, by Jill Kerr Conway
The Thirteenth Tale, by Diane Setterfield
The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time, by Mark Haddon
The Wapshot Chronicle, by John Cheever
Here Be Dragons, by Sharon Kay Penman
Special Topics in Calamity Physics, by Marisha Pessl

I share an author with you… Mark Haddon. I do love The Curious Incident so it’s not that one! I think it’s the struggle of being a bookworm. We can’t possibly remember them all!
I need to reread Curious Incident. I remember loving it in high school, but somehow the story’s not in my head anymore (even though I still remember the characters pretty vividly).
It’s impossible for us to remember the content of every book we have read. I have my own list of books, most of them I read before high school. I should definitely reread them!
Great list! I’m hoping to cross Here Be Dragons off my TBR this year and I’d like to read The Thirteenth Tale, too – I’ve heard so many good things about it!

I’ve had the MaddAdams series on my TBR forever! One day I’ll get around to reading it. Glad to hear that you liked 🙂
Great list! I’ve been meaning to read Thirteenth Tale since forever it seems, but I was always too scared, because a lot of people loved it. I’m curious about Here Be Dragons (I love dragons)
