Trying to Be Thankful for My Problems

Happy Thanksgiving friends! I hope everyone has a day of celebration, family, and pie (especially pie) ahead of them today. In thinking about writing a few thoughts for Thanksgiving, in a year that I have had SO MUCH to be thankful for, I remembered that one of my main New Years resolutions was to try and cultivate being a grateful person. Top Ten Books I’m Thankful I Read This Year

I’m kind of ignoring the fact that it’s Thanksgiving, even though I’m going to two dinners so it will certainly be clear in two days. But I’m nearing the end of my time in Big Sur, and spending a lot of time thinking about what I’m thankful for, which makes this weeks book meme from The Broke and the Bookish right up my alley. One of the things I’m most thankful for (and it is a long list) is the amount of time living hear has allowed me to read. In fact, this week I passed my goal of reading over 100 books this year. This list are the top ten books I’m thankful I read this year. I’m not only incredibly thankful that I read these books, but I’m thankful books like this exist.
